What if I want to purchase an item that you have made in the past, but is not available in the shop?
I am more than happy to recreate a piece that is no longer available! Since each piece is handmade and I don't always carry the same materials, a duplicated piece may differ slightly. Every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, but I am happy to work with you on a custom piece. Please contact me via email and I will reply as soon as possible!
How do I care for my weaving?
For woven tapestries, spot clean as needed and dust your piece regularly. I suggest using a lint roller to pick up any excess dust or dirt. Since I use mostly naturally dyed materials the color may fade in time, especially if your piece gets a good amount of direct sunlight on a daily basis. For wearable weavings, hand wash only in cold water with a wool soap. I recommend Twig & Horn's Wool Soap, which is what I use.
How will you ship my order domestically?
US Orders will be packaged with care and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I recently changed my shipping status to offer my products internationally. I am new to international shipping, so please bear with me as I learn more about it :)
What is your return policy?
At the moment I do not offer returns. Each piece is unique and handmade, therefore slight imperfections may occur. I bring the utmost attention to detail to my work, but I also believe that imperfections are a part of what makes handmade art and wearables so special. Make sure to check the measurements and photos to be sure of your purchase.
